From its beginnings in NYC to its new home in Rochester, NY, RMA Therapeutic Massage provides the highest quality massage. Owner, Ruth Anselm LMT began as a gymnast, dancer and yoga instructor. She later brought her knowledge to the field of massage, graduating from The Swedish Institute in 2014. Under the mentorship of David Weintraub, Ruth became a content creator for BWDW TV. Ruth and has fulfilled CE classes in Prenatal massage, Orthobionomy, Cupping, Gua Sha, Reiki, and Neurology. Today, Ruth excels at creating customized treatments, helping clients find relief in their bodies. She works to bring back the full range of possibilities in movement, growth, awareness and resilience.
